Center for Ethnic Ministry Training
Like many churches in Tennessee, Charlotte Road has witnessed a dramatic increase multiethnic families in our community. In response to the changing demographics, Charlotte Road launched a Hispanic Ministry in 2021. As the need for Latino congregations in the area increased, Charlotte Road became a training ground for ministry leaders in the area. As requests for training and mentoring continued, the Ethnic Ministry Training Co-Op was born. With a focus on church-led initiatives that provide training and equipping for starting ethnic ministries in local churches, Charlotte Road's training Co-Op offers free training for pastors and ministry leaders.
